Full Installation Includes: order processing, line provisioning and the configuration of one computer. Regular price is $49.95. Customers wishing to perform a Self –Installation can opt for a $25.00 credit. (See Promo for Free Installation & Modem). *Free Modem refers to the free use of aKPU owned modem. | |
| Computer Networking | ||
| Customers
Connecting Multiple Computers – KPU Telecommunications will only support the first computer on a DSL connection. Networking multiple computers is the responsibility of the customer. |

| Service Commitment | ||
| All KPU Telecommunications KPUHomeDSL & KPUBizDSL Services require a minimum 3 month service commitment. | ||
| Excessive Transfer & Free Download Times | ||
| Customers going over the allotted transfer amount for their level of service will be billed $10.00 per GB over. Warning messages are sent weekly to users that are projected to exceed maximum transfer amounts. For heavy downloaders, KPU offers free download times from 12:01 am to 6:00 am Monday through Friday and 1:01 am to 7:00 am Saturday and Sunday. | ||
| Firewall/Anti Virus Protection | ||
| KPU Telecommunications recommends that users protect their computer with a firewall and anti-virus protection software. | ||
