Class fees must be collected when you sign up for the class to guarantee your seat.
Class sizes are limited so register early.
There are class minimums. Most classes require 3 students, Charlie's classes require 4 and Bernina classes require 1. If a class is cancelled we will happy refund class fee.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend a class you have signed up for. Cancellation: If you cannot attend a class for which you have registered, you must let us know 7 days prior to class time. We will be happy to issue a store credit for your class fee and/or register you in another class. Cancellation after the 7 day time allowance or a "no show" will result in a forfeiture of class fee regardless of reason unless we are able to fill your spot. On the day of class if you know you can't make it please call. Frequently we have waiting lists of people who are able to fill your spot.
Parking : For evening classes we recommend you park behind the mall or the area right by Bernies. The mall locks all of the doors at 7pm so that parking is the closest to our location. The back mall entrance is available to bring your machines or just easy access. Please ask if you have any questions. You are always welcome to drop your machine off early the day of the class if that is more convenient.
Age Restrictions: Students must be at least 16 years old unless class specifies otherwise. Younger students must have prior teacher approval and may be required to be accompanied by an adult. We do encourage younger students and generally can accommodate depending on the skill level of the class and the instructor so don't hesitate to ask.
We ask that students not bring children or guests to class as it is disruptive to other students and the teachers.
